When do you return?

1. Within the view term

You have a cooling off period of 7 days (view term), you can return the order without statement of reasons. You will receive full refund (products and shipping costs).

2. The product is different as what you ordered. When you establish that the entire product that you have receive visibly deviates from what you ordered then return the product to us. Take immediately action after you notice that you received the wrong product. Contact our customer service. You should do this at least within a term of 2 days after reception. Never use the deviant product. Only unused products will be replaced free of cost.

If the product delivered is incomplete, products you ordered wrongly, or there are wrong products in the package you report this directly at Expedition Music/DanceGrooves and Expedition Music/DanceGrooves carries care delivery of the missing products free of costs.

Please Note: Expedition Music/DanceGrooves will not replace the product if the deviation is to justify.

3. The product is defective A defective products you can return to Expedition Music/DanceGrooves. Expedition Music/DanceGrooves takes care for the transport of the product to the manufacturer/supplier appropriate repair service. In case of defect, contact us first. This is usefull to see if there could be a faster solution.

Please Note: By all repairs outside the guarantee, Expedition Music/DanceGrooves bills handlingcost.

4. D. O. A. (Dead on Arrival) A product defect at arrival is a so-called D. O. A. (Dead on Arrival). D. O. A. you can return in conformity with the return procedure. Always contact us.

Please Note: Products that have been damaged during transport are not D. O. A. and must be repaired. always check your parcel at arrival for damages. Do not accept damaged parcels from the post/courrier.
