General conditions
1 General
1.1 These general conditions apply on all offers of Relic Music B.V. acting under the trade name Expedition Music / DanceGrooves. The conditions are accessible for everyone and available on the internetsite of Expedition Music / DanceGrooves. On request, we send you a written specimen.
1.2 By placing an order, you give to know that you agree with the delivery and payment conditions. Expedition Music / DanceGrooves keeps the right to change the delivery and/or payment conditions at any time.
1.3 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves guarantees that the furnished product meets the agreement and complies to the in the offer mentioned specifications.
2 Delivery
2.1 Delivery finds place as long as there's supply.
2.2 Delivery time generally is 5 working days. Expedition Music / DanceGrooves will agree a delivery term of at most 30 days. When the agreed delivery term is exceeded, whichever reason, the buyer can dissolve the agreement and to get refund of done payments within 14 days.
2.3 All on the internetsite named terms are indicative. Therefore, no rights can be taken at the named terms.
3 Prices
3.1 Prices, within the course of time of the offer, can not be raised, unless legal measures make this necessarily or when the manufacturer carries out interim price increases. In this case, customers can always dissolve the agreement.
3.2 All prices on the site are under reservation of significant pressing errors. For the consequences of significant pressing errors, no liability is accepted.
3.3 All prices on the site are including 19% VAT.
4 Acceptance and prepared time
4.1 Customer has the possibility to reclaim possible damages and incorrect products at Expedition Music / DanceGrooves within 2 working days after reception. After the going by of this term with 2 working days, the agreement becomes a fact.
4.2 You have, after receipts of the order, the right to dissolve the order without statement of reasons during a period of 7 working days and to return the order within 10 working days. Possible done payments will be refunded within 14 days after receipts of the return.
4.3 Right to claim refund is denied if the product has been damaged and/or is not returned in the original packing.
5 Data management
5.1 When you order at Expedition Music / DanceGrooves, your details are being filed in our customer base.
5.2 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves sticks to the Dutch law for customer registration and will not abuse your details, nor pass them on to third parties. We respect your privacy and take care of the confidentiality of your details.
5.3 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves offers the possibility to subscribe to a news mailing. Each mailing will contain instructions to unsubscribe.
6 Guarantee
6.1 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves guarantees that the furnished products sold through it's site, satisfy at the requirements of usability, reliability and life span as these reasonably have been meant, and stands for the factory waranty of the furnished product.
6.2 The waranty term of Expedition Music / DanceGrooves equals the factories waranty term. This waranty does not count in case the flaw to blame is 1st left care, or 2nd intentional damage, or 3rd carelessness.
6.3 Waranty claims decay when others then the through the manufacturer appropriate service/repair services, recover or perform other work on the product committed.
7 Agreement
7.1 An agreement between Expedition Music / DanceGrooves and a customer comes effective after an order has been judged on feasibility by Expedition Music / DanceGrooves.
7.2 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves keeps the right to deny orders with statement of reason or only accept orders under the condition that payments is made in advance, again with statement of reason.
8 Images and specifications
8.1 All images; photographs, signs etc. and (technical) specifications; concerning weights, dimensions, colors etc. on the internetsite of Expedition Music / DanceGrooves are approximately, its indicative and can not cause decomposition of the agreement.
9 Superior Power
9.1 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves is not responsible, when and insofar as her agreements cannot become complied with to consequence of superior power.
9.2 Under superior power is understood each strange cause, as well as each circumstance which doesnot belong in reasonableness for her risk. Delay by our distributors, shipping and customs delays, strikes, authorities measures, delays in the lead, count negligences of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Expedition Music / DanceGrooves as well as of help persons, illness of personnel, flaws in help or transport-means explicitly count as superior power.
9.3 Expedition Music / DanceGrooves keeps the right in the circumstances beyond one's control to step back of her obligations to be lacking and also is entitled to entirely or partly dissolve the agreement, as well to claim that the contents of the agreement changed in such a way the execution possibly remains. In no case Expedition Music / DanceGrooves is held any fine or damages to pay.
10 Applicable straight/competent judge
10.1 The Dutch law applies on all agreements.
10.2 Disputes resulting from an agreement between Expedition Music / DanceGrooves and buyer, which can not be solved in mutual thought, are taken to the competent judge in the district Amsterdam, unless Expedition Music / DanceGrooves prefers to solve the difference at the competent judge at the residence of the buyer, and with exception of that disputes that be part of the competence that are justice of the peace.
